Sugar 5.5 Web Services forum is now live

Today at SugarCon Samir Ghandi from the engineering team delivered a presentation at SugarCon on what we have been working on around our new web services framework.

With his presentation he also prepared an initial set of documentation oulining what to expect with the new web services.  We have created a Web Services forum under the Sugar 5.5 one and posted an initial th.

This is just an first draft.  The document will be updated over the up and coming weeks and will post those updates as they are available.
