New PDF Manager – Create and share business documents ( thanks to Sugar Gold Partner Synolia for this contribution ). You will now be automatically able to generate PDFs using data from any Sugar module, and also email these documents from within Sugar. With a new WYSIWYG HTML editor, you can create custom template for any module with ease. We also have stock quote and invoice templates for you to use to get started.
Redesigned Customer Self-Service Support Portal – New interface and improved performance, giving you a much easier way to deliver a custom portal experience with ease and no longer a need for syncing with realtime updates. In addition, notes and attachments can be appended to support cases (Available exclusively in Sugar Enterprise and Sugar Ultimate editions )
Recurring Meeting and Call Enhancements – Scheduling is now easier with these two enhancements
- Schedule recurring meetings/calls from the Calls, Meetings, and Calendar modules
- Search by Accounts for Contacts and Leads ( thanks to Sugar Gold Partner Synolia for this contribution )
These features will be made available to Sugar On-Site customers in a comprehensive release currently planned for mid-2013.
