Update Multiselect values using the Web Services API

Reaching out to StackOverflow for a good question on the Web Services API…

Anyone have knowledge on how to insert multiple value from a multiselect input in a form via sugar’s REST API v4. I haven’t found any documentation on this.

When working with data using the Web Services API, you need to make sure you put the data in the format the DB would expect. So in the case of MultiSelects, do this…

^value1^,^value2^,^value3^

    You can convert your array to multi-select accepted string

    $string = “^” . implode(‘^,^’, $arr) . “^”;
