Microsoft SQL Server Driver for PHP updates to 2.0.1; fixes SugarCRM issues

Last week the Microsoft SQL Server team announced the availability of version 2.0.1 of the SQL Server driver for PHP. You can grab the latest version from the MSDN Download Center.

You’ll remember the back in September we said to hold off upgrading to the new driver due to issues found during testing. We’ve worked with the SQL Server team to reproduce the issues, and they are fixed in the 2.0.1 driver. The driver also has many other stability and performance improvements, so we recommend everyone upgrade to the newly released driver. We are pushing to make this driver the primary supported SQL Server driver going forward and are working diligently on improving performance and stability on SQL Server in general in upcoming releases.

Thanks again everyone for your understanding while we worked out the issues with Microsoft.
