We Need to Hear from YOU!

It’s been so amazing getting to know so many of you in the SugarCRM Community since I joined Sugar as an engineer waaay back in 2007.  And since coming to the forefront of the community in the last year, I’ve seen some of the great additions from community members such as Jason Eggers and Chad Hutchins, as well as the great work done by developers from our VAR partners such as Cedric Mourizard, Fabio Grande, Matthew Poer, Andre Lopes, and many others, who are taking Sugar to new great heights. In just the last year, we’ve achieved some pretty amazing things, with many developer events like code sprints and the SugarUNCon, as well as over 100 code contributions to the core product over the past year. Every day I’m more and more blown away with all the amazing innovation going on in the community, and feel lucky to be a part of it.

I’ve also realized that, with a community as large as ours (10 million+ downloads), there’s no way I can get to know all of you in person, although I wish I could.  But it’s still super important that we hear from as many of you as possible about what you like about Sugar, areas where you think we can improve, where you go for knowledge, insight and inspiration (so we can try our best to be there, too) and how we can align our community and commercial offers.

So, we’ve developed this quick survey to make sure we’re hearing from as many of you as possible. I encourage each of you to follow the link below to the survey and complete it to help us navigate the future of the community better. We at Sugar take an open stance towards everything we do, and this is one way that you can join in and be a part of it.

It is really important to me personally and to SugarCRM as a company that we hear from our Community Edition customers.  So please take a few minutes and complete this survey.

Thanks very much!
