Recap of last week's CRM Acceleration Uncons

sugarcrmdevelopers —  September 20, 2012 — 8 Comments

Last week I was in London and Paris for our first ever uncons held during our CRM Acceleration events, with one in London last Tuesday and another in Paris last Thursday. Both had great turnouts, with full rooms of participants looking to learn more about SugarCRM development, along with looking to network with fellow SugarCRM developers in the region

We had a number of great topics discussed, including ( but certainly not limited to )

  • The upcoming Sugar 7 release next year, and how this will impact Sugar developers
  • Strategies around upgrading and migrating Sugar instances
  • Web Services best practices
  • Performance and scalability
  • Future API and documentation discussion

Thanks again to all who participated. We look to continue having these events at CRM Accelerations, as well as other developer events around the world. If you have a particular event you’d like to see us represented at and hold an uncon, be sure to let us know in the comments.

Thanks John for holding these ucon in our european countries. I would’nt have bet on so much people to come but I was clearly wrong.
Once again you led them well, extracting info from all of us even when we think we are limited by our english skills !!

I would have liked to see that event as part of CRM Acceleration in Frankfurt too.

    Hey John,
Are there any recordings of this event by any chance? I would love to have a look at what has been discussed.
