Atcore Brings Gamification to SugarCRM

Gamificate is a realization of the new and innovative business process of gamification, but tailored specifically for SugarCRM users. It allows companies to:

Using Atcore’s new Gamificate module for SugarCRM, your company will be able to:

  • Track sales activities during a designated period of time.
  • Create multiple games, including adding the start/stop dates.
  • Specify who the participants are for each game.
  • Customize a set of rules for each game, with each rule capable of awarding a different number of points to the participants.
  • Send status updates for each game to the participants through email or the SugarCRM Activity Stream dashlet.

In order to keep participants informed of their current standing throughout each active game, we’ve outfitted SugarCRM with the Gamificate leaderboard. With a unique leaderboard for each game, participants can monitor a number of long term and short term active games. At the end of each game, all participants are automatically notified who the winner is.
